Ballot issue challenges solar power tax to commercial buildings

FORT MYERS, Fla. – The Aug. 30 ballot will include a question about Constitutional Amendment 4, which asks voters whether they support the dismissal of taxes to commercial and industrial buildings for the use of solar power panels.
