
A city in Collier County became the first to approve medical marijuana dispensaries within its borders.
Marco Island City Council approved a resolution at its regular meeting allowing medical marijuana dispensaries in the city Monday.
Councilman Jared Grifoni confirmed it passed 5-2 among the city council.
