A 36-year-old man has been arrested for his suspected involvement in a street fight resulting from a road rage incident in North Fort Myers.

Jermin Deleon turned himself in on Thursday morning, according to Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers.

Four other suspects are still on the lam.

The incident occurred on Jan. 9 in the westbound lanes of Pondella Road.

The victim, Jeremy Harris, was attacked by at least five motorcyclists after he told them they couldn’t stop traffic at an intersection.

The dashcam in his vehicle caught the fight.

“They were stopping traffic so that people could not get through, so I said something to them about it, and we had an exchange of words,” Harris explained.

Harris told us that was his first mistake.

“Bad decisions all around,” Harris said.

Deleon is accused of aggravated battery and criminal mischief.
