A shooting in an Estero community killed one person.
In a community bulletin sent to residents via email, Bella Terra confirmed one person died during an “isolated domestic violence situation” in the area of Larino Loop.
The community is east of I-75 and just south of Corkscrew Road.
The Lee County Sheriff’s Office said they are investigating the incident as a homicide.
