A 27-year-old North Port man has been found guilty of two counts of lewd and lascivious molestation of children.
Gustavo Alberto Cruz was found guilty following a 2-day trial in Lee County, according to the State Attorney’s Office.
According to a news release, Cruz was arrested in Sarasota following an investigation by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office after two child victims told a family member that Cruz touched them inappropriately while at a home in Lee County.
