High temperatures will max out in the 80s and low 90s under partly cloudy skies. Isolated storms will be possible today, but those will mainly impact communities along and east of I-75. Winds will range from 5 to 15 mph out of the southwest this afternoon. Boaters can expect 1- to 2-foot wave heights in the Gulf with a light chop in our bays.

If you are looking for something to do today come out to Downtown Fort Myers for the BBQ, Bands & Brew fundraising event from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Caloosa Sound Amphitheater. Temperatures will be hot with highs in the lower 90s.

Scattered rain and storms return to the area for Sunday and some of those storms could become strong to severe. The Storm Prediction Center has our area highlighted in a Level 1 risk for severe storms. Scattered rain and storms are also looking likely through the first half of Monday.
