East Naples woman targeted by naked masturbator

EAST NAPLES, Fla.- A naked man is targeting an East Naples woman and masturbating in front of her.

Allie McGowan says this is the third time she has caught the man staring at her while masturbating. This time she was on the balcony of her East Naples condo when he appeared naked wearing a mask.

“It was scary. It’s not a ski mask you would buy from a store,” said McGowan. “It looked like he put time into it.” She said it resembled an ISIS mask. This time she was more frightened because she locked eyes with the man and he was closer to her home.

McGowan’s mom called 911.

911 operator: “Did it look like he had any weapons in his hands or anything in his hands?”

Caller: “No, he’s masturbating sir.”

911 operator: “Okay.”

Caller: “We want something done this time– enough is enough of this.”

McGowan spotted the man in July, August and now, September. Deputies were called each time but each time the suspicious man vanished. McGowan says she doesn’t know why he is targeting her.

“I just don’t get why,” said McGowan. “I don’t get his intentions. It’s already at the next level. What is it going to be next time? He’s on my porch? It gets worse every time. I would feel more comfortable knowing he was taken care of, by that I mean getting the help he needs.”

In July, the man showed up at the condo on Alturas Lane wearing only a blue polo and masturbating. When he appeared in August, he was completely naked and masturbating. Most recently, in September, he was seen naked, wearing only a mask. Each time he stands in front of McGowan’s condo where she can see him.

McGowan has seen the man’s face twice. She describes him as a pale white man with dark features. He is small with a thin build and in his early 20s. He has no tattoos or other markings.
