
ARCADIA, Fla. Flooding closed several roads in DeSoto County Tuesday morning, DeSoto County emergency management officials said.
The following state roads are closed:
- U.S. 17 northbound at Fish Branch Road in Arcadia
- U.S. 17 northbound at Southwest Fletcher Street in Arcadia
- State Road 70 westbound near North Orange Avenue in Arcadia
- State Road 70 westbound at DeSoto Avenue in Arcadia
- State Road 70 eastbound before County Line Road
The following roads are closed:
- Citrus Avenue
- Masters Avenue by Northeast Voss Oaks Circle Masters Avenue
- Hansel Northeast Avenue in Arcadia
- Hull Road in Arcadia
- Reynolds Street in Arcaida
- Kings Highway at the Horse Creek Bridge in Arcadia
Water is on the following roads:
- Northwest Pine Wood Avenue in Arcadia
- Owens School Road in Arcaida
- Brown Road west of Hansel Avenue in Arcadia
- County Road 760 in Arcadia
- Airport Road in Arcadia
- Brown Road and County Road 760 East in Arcada
- Lily Avenue in Arcadia
