How to check if your LCEC power has been restored

Registered LCEC SmartHub users can check to see if their service has been restored by going into their SmartHub dashboard.

Once logged in, click on contact us / track issue status.

When your status has been restored, your dashboard will show the recent outages. Click here to view your dashboard.

For non-registered users, LCEC recommends signing up for SmartHub here.

LCEC has temporarily suspended late fees and disconnections for non-payment so customers can focus on their families and homes after the disastrous Hurricane Ian.
