71-year-old man facing 2nd-degree murder charges in Collier County

Racine Raphael, 71, was arrested in connection with a woman found dead in her Golden Gate Estates home on Thursday.

According to the Collier County Sheriff’s Office, a warrant is charging Raphael with 2nd-degree murder charges, he was later arrested in Glades County on Saturday.

Raphael is in the process of getting returned to Collier County.
