NAPLES, Fla.- Filming is underway on an exciting new reality show in Southwest Florida. The show features some of the most lavish properties in the area. “There’s still a perception out there in LA, in Aspen and New York where Naples is just a sleepy, retiree town,” said producer Cliff Donenfeld. “Million Dollar Listing Naples- Billionaire’s Coast” will bring the lifestyles of the rich and famous into your living room. “Jackie May has a $22 million listing right here, you get the Naples princess in your backyard. I mean the home is great, I mean, I want to live in this home,” said Chuck Ardezzone, founder of ITZ Studios. Ardezzone says the new series chronicles the professional and personal lives of six luxury real estate agents as they sell high-end properties in Naples which begin at $5 million. Diana Frey and Gennifer Garcia are two of the stars of the show. “It’s been fun, we’ve filmed our clients out on Naples Bay on beautiful boats. We’ve had quite a few interesting viewings of the most beautiful properties on the water,” said Garcia. Episodes will showcase Naples real estate listings from the beginning of the selling process to the closing. Storylines will include an owner selling his multimillion dollar home to an agent whose personal ties to the seller, gets in the way of a potential sale. The show might even feature a love connection or two. The studio says they’re shooting a 5 minute sizzle reel to pitch to networks like Bravo, HGTV and A&E. They’ll also produce a 22 minute pilot which will run in Southwest Florida.
