Anonymous tips to Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers have led to the identification of a man suspected of arson at a Lehigh Acres convenience store.
Jeremia Nieves, 19, of Lehigh Acres, has been named as the suspect in an instance of arson at the Qwikay Market at 233 Joel Blvd. on Oct. 26. Nieves was said to have deliberately set fire to an item on one of the shelves before leaving it there and walking away.
Nieves was arrested early Thursday morning and faces one charge of arson in the first degree.
