High temperatures will climb into the upper 80s and low 90s under partly cloudy skies. High humidity will still make almost all of us feel like we are in the 90s. Boaters will encounter fantastic conditions on the water. One- to 2-foot Gulf wave heights and a light chop within our bays are expected.

Isolated rain is back in the forecast. After a dry morning and early afternoon, a few showers and weak storms will form in the late afternoon and evening. These will begin to disappear after sunset. Severe weather is not expected.

We now have Tropical Storm Lisa in the Caribbean Sea. Thankfully, Lisa is no concern to Florida in the United States. The latest forecast cone from the National Hurricane Center has the system strengthen into a hurricane before making landfall in Central America later this week. There are no other named storms or disturbances in the Atlantic.
