Brandon Bush, Mervin Nicholas, Bobby Norton. This weekly WINK News segment features fugitives from justice right here in Southwest Florida. This is your chance to help out the community and give the tip that gets these people off the street. These suspects need to be found – and you can help. If you have seen them, reach out to Crime Stoppers or your local law enforcement. Call 1-800-780-TIPS (8477). Here are three fugitives wanted by Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers. Brandon Bush Brandon Bush (DOB 8/11/95) – wanted in Lee County for violation of drug offender probation on charges of reckless driving with bodily injury and cocaine possession. Cape Coral police initially spotted Bush driving upwards of 80 mph on Del Prado Boulevard, swerving in and out of lanes and repeatedly running up against the concrete curb. When he finally pulled over, police say Bush was argumentative and combative with officers and showed multiple signs of impairment, although he refused to participate in any field sobriety tests. While en route to the jail, Bush kept kicking the door and refused to sit in the car. Once at the jail, officers found a baggie of cocaine that Bush was trying to hide. In addition to this incident, he’s been booked eight other times, on charges of resisting, drugs, DUI, burglary, grand theft, and failure to pay child support. He is 5’10”, 160 pounds, and was last known to be living in North Fort Myers. He’s got a couple of notable tattoos, including “never give up” and “what you give is what you get” on his right arm and a zodiac symbol on his chest. Mervin Nicholas [CAPTURED] Mervin Nicolas (DOB 12/16/95) – wanted in Lee County for failure to register as a sexual offender. Nicolas was convicted of lewd and lascivious behavior on a victim under 16 years of age after harassing a 13-year-old girl at the apartment complex where they both lived. While she was walking home one day, Nicholas pulled her into his apartment and tried to rape her, while committing lewd acts. His guilty verdict led to him being adjudicated as a registered sexual offender, meaning he has to keep in touch with law enforcement to let them know his whereabouts – which he has refused to do in the last month. In addition to that charge, Nicolas has also been busted for battery and aggravated battery on a pregnant woman, when he grabbed the woman by her hair in the heat of an argument, punched her in the face, pulled her to the ground and dragged her into the bedroom, where he continued to punch her in the face four more times. Nicolas is 5’8”, 148 pounds and was last known to be living in central Fort Myers. He has a tattoo of the face of Jesus and “Young Merv” inked on his chest and the name Jeremiah with wings on his left arm. Bobby Norton Bobby Norton (DOB 6/7/78) – wanted in Lee County for violation of probation for grand theft and fraud. He worked in tandem with a friend to steal scratch-off lottery tickets from Cape Coral convenience stores. After entering the store, Norton’s friend would distract the cashier by asking random questions, allowing Norton to get behind the counter and steal as many scratch-off tickets, seemingly unnoticed. After leaving the store, Norton would quickly go to another convenience store to cash in the winnings before the theft was even noticed. He got away with this scam several times, but eventually, his luck ran out and he got caught in the act and subsequently arrested. To date, he’s been booked 12 times in Lee County for theft, drugs, evidence tampering and contempt. He is a registered convicted felon who was last known to be living in North Fort Myers. He is 5’11”, 145 pounds and has a tattoo of the name Brittany on his right arm and “Renegade” on his neck. CAPTURED Seneca Milledge, James Maurer, Joshua Sanders, Dwayne Fuller, Julian Del Rio. Seneca Milledge – was wanted for violation of community control for selling cocaine within 1,000 feet of a school. James Maurer – was wanted for violation of probation for DUI (fourth or more) and driving while license suspended (three or more). Joshua Sanders – was wanted on a bench warrant for two counts of aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, leaving the scene of a crash, fleeing and eluding at a high speed, resisting and driving with a revoked license. Dwayne Fuller – was wanted on a bench warrant for failure to appear on a charge of battery on a law enforcement officer and obstruction. Julian Del Rio – was wanted on two warrants for violation of probation on burglary charges. If you have a tip on the whereabouts of any of these wanted suspects contact Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers. All callers will remain anonymous and will be eligible for a cash reward of up to $3,000. Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers 1-800-780-TIPS (8477) or southwestfloridacrimestoppers.com
